We know you'll want your order as quickly as possible, which is why we endeavour to dispatch orders within 24 hours of receipt. In fact, we dispatch most orders the same day they're placed!

For next working day delivery, place your order by midday and select the next day shipping option at the checkout. Orders placed after midday will be dispatched the following working day, Monday - Friday.

If for any reason there will be a delay with your order, we will contact you as soon as possible. If you've any questions, please don't hesitate to contact us.

15 years ago with my first baby, I had got a really cheap sling off of Ebay and had a terrible time with it.

I couldn’t figure out how to use it correctly and it was really uncomfortable.

Standing in front of the mirror in the bedroom, trying to figure out how the sling worked, I remember he started to cry, out of patience as he was with my ineptitude, which meant that I started to cry too, out of patience as I was with my ineptitude.

And then the Hubs started to cry, though I think that was just because he didn’t want to feel left out; he seems to have infinite patience for his own ineptitude.

But rather than give up completely, I realised that there must be slings out there that were easier to use and comfier too.

So I persevered and eventually found a comfy carrier (well, maybe more than one!).

The point is, I had to figure it out all on my lonesome by trial and error. Didn't have no-one to help me.

I couldn't Zoom with a professional consultant to ask what I was doing wrong, what I could be doing better or just even how to use my sling.

But guess what?

That's right! NOW YOU CAN (zoom with a professional babywearing consultant).

Who Am I?

Most days I don't quite know, but I have been involved with babywearing for 15 years and have most recently been told that I "am a fountain of knowledge and my passion for babywearing is clear and infectious."

Oh, and I do have actual real-life babywearing qualifications (I didn't just practice in front of the mirror for ages).

And I've helped thousands of parents and families all over the world with babywearing.

If you cancel within 24 hours of your booked appointment time, the fee is non-refundable. However, your appointment can be rebooked at no extra cost.

If you cancel on the day of your appointment or don't show up at all, the fee is non-refundable and you will need to make and pay for a new booking.
