Ok, so let's say you've done your research and you think you've found the perfect carrier. Your best friend recommended it and it has lots of amazing reviews.
It arrives and whilst you like it, you just don't love it; it's just not working as well as you thought it would.
That's where the Perfect-Fit Promise comes in.
We'll send you a free returns label for you to send it back to us and we can put our proverbial heads together to figure out what worked, what didn't and why.
Beth will guide you through the best alternatives and once you've decided, we'll send the new one out to you for free.
