Royal Mail Strikes Update
Effects from the Royal Mail strikes are still being felt and may result in delays in some instances.
Orders with Next-Day Special Delivery will be dispatched on the next available Royal Mail dispatch day. Whilst parcels sent on this service will more than likely arrive on time, there is a chance they will not arrive next day. Royal Mail are offering neither any guarantees that parcels sent on the Special Delivery service will arrive next day, nor issuing refunds for parcels that are delayed, and as such neither are we.
Special Delivery parcels are being treated with priority by Royal Mail; whilst they may not arrive next day, they do benefit from full tracking.
If we encounter any delays to your order we will of course let you know as soon as possible.
