Delivery & Returns
We know you'll want your order as quickly as possible, which is why we endeavour to dispatch orders within 24 hours of receipt. In fact, we dispatch most orders the same day they're placed.
For guaranteed next working day delivery place your order by midday and select the next day shipping option at the checkout. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched the next working day.
If for any reason there will be a delay with your order, we will contact you as soon as possible. If you've any questions, please don't hesitate to contact us at email@example.com.
DELIVERY WITHIN THE UK
FREE UK Delivery - Delivery is free for all UK orders with a subtotal of more than £30 for delivery to all UK addresses. Delivery is normally within 1-3 days from order dispatch. Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
Standard UK Delivery - Standard delivery is £2.95 for all UK orders with a subtotal of less than £30, for delivery to all UK addresses. Delivery is normally within 1-3 days from order dispatch. Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
Next-Day Delivery - Next-Day delivery with Royal Mail Special Delivery - £6.95. Order by midday. Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Not available for multiple heavy items such as toys, which will be shipped by courier. Orders placed after midday will be dispatched the next working day.
DELIVERY WITHIN EUROPE AND WORLDWIDE
EUROPE: We dispatch items to the EU using a Europe Priority Airmail Signed-For Service, transit time 3-5 days - £8.95.
INTERNATIONAL: We dispatch items outside the EU using either DHL or an International Priority Airmail Signed-For Service, transit time 5-7 days - £15.95.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Free Delivery option only available within the UK, and only when the subtotal of your basket exceeds £30.
Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Orders with Standard or Free 1-3 Day delivery are shipped with Royal Mail. Delivery is normally within 1-3 days but is not guaranteed.
Orders comprising multiple or heavy or bulky items are dispatched by UK courier with a normal delivery time of up to 7 working days.
We recycle a lot of our packaging, so you may find that your order arrives in recycled packaging.
We offer a free UK shipping service. This applies to your initial order only. If you exchange an item, we will charge the cost of shipping the replacement item to you at cost.
RETURNS AND YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL
We want you to enjoy your shopping experience with Us and to be overjoyed with your purchase! But of course, we understand that sometimes your purchase may not be right for you and that you may wish to return it. Please contact us in writing at firstname.lastname@example.org for instructions on how Goods can be returned to Us.
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt. All you need to do is let Us know within these 14 days in writing via email at email@example.com that you intend to return the Goods supplied to Us, and to receive instructions on how to return the Goods. You must contact us prior to returning an item in order to receive a returns authorisation number. Any Goods returned to Us without an authorisation number will not be accepted.
We ask that Goods be returned within 14 days, complete, unused and in their original as new condition, with all accessories and instructions. We ask that the original packing be returned in its original condition.
You shall bear the cost of returning the Goods. We advise you use a tracked, insured service, as you are responsible for the Goods until they are received by Us. Once we process your returned Goods, we'll reimburse you within 14 days. Please allow 14 days for us to process your return. Please note that, depending upon your chosen method of payment, it may take up to a further 14 days for your bank to credit your account.
DAMAGED OR FAULTY GOODS
In the unlikely event that a product you purchase from us is faulty or damaged, it can of course be returned to us.
In respect of faulty goods, you must notify us in writing by email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receipt that the Goods are faulty, and to receive instructions on how to return faulty Goods to us.
If a product you purchase from us is received as damaged, you must notify us by email at email@example.com within 48 hours of receipt that the Goods are damaged, and to receive instructions on how to return damaged Goods to us.
For your convenience we arrange collection of damaged and faulty Goods by courier. Please do not organise the return of damaged or faulty goods yourself as we are unable to refund postage costs.
