Top Tip Tuesday
Last week we discussed the importance of a pelvic tilt, many people asked how to do it.
So this video shows you how to ensure this in a front and back carry.
Front carry - put your hands between baby and sling, scoop round the hips forwards. This brings the hips towards you. Ensuring knees are higher and bum is lower. This in turn ensures the natural curve of babies spine.
For a back carry - reach behind, tilt pelvis up towards you, bringing knees higher. You can see I lift the bum to ensure the waistband is flat and horizontal. If baby is sat into the waistband this can effect position.
Hope this helps!
